After spending an hour on the phone and getting service time estimates of up to two weeks I called Alaska Air. They were very professional and gave me an estimated repair window between three and six pm the same day. They arrived early two hours early and my a/c was repaired in thirty minutes. When you live in the desert good and fast is more important than slow and cheap. Current outdoor temp 107 and going up........
